Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and influencers for Diri Care’s campaigns, partnerships, and brand events.

Strategically plan and execute KOL outreach aligned with marketing goals and brand positioning.

Help to supervise KOL team & influencer deliverables to ensure alignment with scope of work, creative brief, and contractual agreements.

Monitor campaign performance, content quality, and timeline adherence across influencer channels.

Maintain accurate records, contracts, and administrative tasks related to KOL/influencer management.

Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, talent agencies, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen Diri Care’s influencer network.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or relevant roles preferably in beauty, health, or lifestyle industries.

Proven ability to negotiate, manage talent, and run successful influencer campaigns at scale.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Adaptable, proactive, and able to build rapport with diverse personalities.

Up-to-date with social media trends and the evolving influencer landscape.
