Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap: Architect and evolve a TikTok content strategy that elevates our brand identity and dominates the contested healthcare space.
  • Content Lifecycle: Conceptualize, produce, and schedule creative content that leads the conversation rather than just following it.
  • Growth Optimization: Rigorously monitor performance metrics and audience data to iterate and scale our organic reach.
  • Community Building: Drive meaningful two-way engagement to turn casual viewers into a loyal Diri Care community.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate TikTok strategies into broader 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Trend Intelligence: Act as the internal subject matter expert on TikTok’s ecosystem to ensure our brand remains at the cutting edge of culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in building and scaling a brand’s TikTok presence from the ground up.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level video editing skills and mastery of the TikTok native creative suite and third-party tools.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional creative flair, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Industry Edge: Prior experience in the Beauty, Skincare, or Healthcare sectors is a significant advantage.
